The LLC exists to preserve continuity, accountability, and architectural integrity over time. It does not operate AI systems, provide automated governance, or offer optimization services.

Layer 265 focuses on infrastructure-first governance: preserving human authority, traceability, and explicit responsibility before technological systems scale.

The project is intentionally early-stage and selectively disclosed.
